Sandra Pevehouse brings a strong organizational and project-management skill set to her role as Program Manager for Destination Fabulous, DMC. She is especially adept at managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively. A consummate team builder, leader, and mentor, she possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and research abilities that contribute to her successful project leadership capabilities.As the Associate Director of Operations for USA Hosts, Ltd. Pevehouse managed a staff of 80 field employees. She also managed the company’s Operations Department, assigning and coordinating approximately 50 incentive trips per year. In addition, she was responsible for incentive trips/event coordination, including managing all aspects of a trip for 4,500 people. She was also responsible for on-site sales for incentive trip enhancements, and she negotiated contracts with various restaurants, hotels, and transportation companies.
Her extensive professional experience also includes working for several major companies in various management roles; especially as it regards human resources and personnel management. These include State Farm Insurance, KG Technologies, and Fortiss, LLC.
Previously, Pevehouse was associated with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Petaluma, Calif. She was responsible for human resources functions, as well as coordinating and implementing golf tournaments, fundraisers, the annual Board of Director retreat, and other related activities.
