Where to go for New Year’s Eve Dinner

The exquisite modern French restaurant in Chinatown, Partage, is offering a luxurious prix fixe New Year’s Eve menu.

Also in Chinatown, the much-buzzed-about Sparrow & Wolf is hosting a “Forever Young ’80s Prom” event with food, a live band, a costume contest, and a champagne toast and fireworks at midnight.

Eataly inside the Park MGM is offering several different dining options for New Year’s Eve, with an exclusive “Chef’s Table” dinner (limited to just 12 seats) and prix fixe menus at the steakhouse Manzo and the more casual La Pizza e La Pasta.

Bella Bistro at SAHARA Las Vegas is offering New Year’s Eve dining packages that include bottomless premium champagne and featured cocktails and an all-you-can-eat assortment of antipasto, pizza, seafood, passed canapés, and more, with music by DJ Sinatra.

Majordōmo Meat & Fish, inside the Venetian will officially open to thepublic on New Year’s Eve eve (December 30), so what better way to ring in the new year than by experiencing this new Las Vegas location of the high-end Asian-fusion seafood and steakhouse concept from renowned celebrity chef David Chang!

Another new restaurant debuting on New Year’s Eve, The Mayfair Supper Club at the Bellagio, overtakes the space formerly occupied by Hyde Lounge with an immersive dining venue celebrating the decadent culture of the Roaring ’20s—a perfect way to ring in the new Roaring ’20s! The multi-act production includes dinner that starts with a first-of-its-kind “Cavi-Hour” and unfolds throughout the night with live entertainment from a multi-piece jazz band very much dressed the part, a 360-degree lightshow, aerial performers, DJs, and, of course, one of the best views of the Bellagio fountains anywhere on the Strip.

Carmine’s New Year’s Eve 2020 dinner and party package at the Forum Shops at Caesars features an open premium bar, flowing Carmine’s Italian Prosecco, butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, and an authentic Italian buffet featuring Carmine’s most popular dishes and a dessert table. They’ll also have live entertainment, party hats and favors, and a Prosecco toast at midnight.

Virgil’s Real BBQ at the LINQ will celebrate New Year’s Eve 2020 with a backyard BBQ dinner reception and party package with all their barbecue favorites, desserts, dancing, and a Prosecco toast at midnight (premium open bar available).

At La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway inside the Wynn, a five-course prix fixe dinner will be available with a final seating at 11 p.m. This extravagant dinner includes sea scallops with osetra caviar and rack of lamb, with additional wine pairings available.

At Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, guests can savor a New Year’s Eve tasting menu that includes Cotton Candy Foie Gras; “Jose’s Taco” with Iberico de bellota ham, sturgeon caviar and gold leaf; Kona Abalone; the “Tasting of Wagyu Beef” grilled tableside on an ishiyaki stone; “Leg of Suckling Lamb;” and more.

Beauty & Essex at The Cosmopolitan will celebrate the end of the decade with a multi-course prix fixe menu that includes a glass of bubbles with three seatings available; the final seating also includes a champagne toast at midnight. Beauty & Essex New Year’s Eve dinner reservations include complimentary entry to Marquee Nightclub after 1 a.m.

LAVO Italian Restaurant & Lounge inside The Palazzo will offer three seatings with an a la carte menu and a per person food and beverage minimum; the final seating includes a champagne toast at midnight. An open bar package is also availalbe in the lounge from 9:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. (standing room only). LAVO New Year’s Eve dinner reservations include complimentary entry to TAO Nightclub after 1 a.m.

Rivea, the restaurant at the top of the Delano, will ring in the New Year with a prix fixe dinner withmultiple seatings and multiple course options. Patio seating overlooking the Las Vegas Strip (and offering a birds-eye-view of the fireworks) is also available at a premium.

Where to go to hit the clubs

Hit multiple venues with the 2020 Las Vegas New Years Eve Club Crawl, pre-gaming at a couple of different spots before ending at XS Nightclub for a poolside party with the Chainsmokers.

DJ Mustard will ring in 2020 at Marquee Nightclub inside The Cosmopolitan. Tickets include two hours of premium open bar, three hours of hors d’oeuvres, and a Champagne toast at midnight. A Marquee New Year’s Eve ticket is also good for 15 percent off dinner at Beauty & Essex on January 1.

TAO inside The Venetian will transform the entire multi-level venue into a New Year’s Eve party featuring Nas with DJ Eric DLux. Tickets include two hours of premium open bar, three hours of hors d’oeuvres, and a Champagne toast at midnight. Present your New Year’s Eve ticket confirmation email on January 1 to receive 15 percent off your dinner experience at TAO Asian Bistro or LAVO Italian Restaurant.

Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM Grand will ring in the New Year with EDM party god DJ, Steve Aoki. Tickets include party swag and a two-hour open bar. Hakkasan Restaurant will also offer a New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu.

OMNIA Nightclub at Caesars Palace will welcome 2020 with Calvin Harris and Generik, and you can alsowatch the Las Vegas Strip fireworks from the Terrace, one of the best outdoor rooftop patios in Vegas.

JEWEL Nightclub at ARIA will party into 2020 with Tyga, including a two-hour open bar, dedicated countdown on a giant-size LED wall, and a confetti-filled balloon drop.

Lil Jon will get the crowd amped up with “Shots” at 1OAK Nightclub at The Mirage, which will also have confetti blasts, a specialized countdown, and a two-hour open bar.

Where to go to see a show

Christina Aguilera will help you ring in the New Year with a special performance of her headlining residency show at Zappo’s Theatre, Christina Aguilera: The Xperience, which will include a champagne toast on stage.

Journey will return to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for four nights over New Year’s Eve week, December 27, 28, 30 and 31.

Intergalactic superstar Lady Gaga will close out 2019 at Park MGM with performances of her dual residencies, LADY GAGA ENIGMA on December 28 and 30, and LADY GAGA JAZZ & PIANO on December 31.

Maroon 5 will once again perform their annual New Year’s Eve shows at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on December 30 and 31.

2019’s breakout superstar Lizzo will perform on New Year’s Eve at the Chelsea inside the Cosmopolitan.

Spiegelworld’s ABSINTHE at Caesars Palace invites guests to party like The Gazillionaire this New Year’s Eve with VIP packages available for the 10 p.m. show that include post-show access to an exclusive outdoor lounge inside the Green Fairy Garden to view the evening’s fireworks celebration, a complimentary glass of champagne at midnight, and a dedicated open bar through 12:30 a.m.

Where to go to watch the fireworks

Celebrate New Years Eve 2020 at Chateau Nightclub or Beer Park at the Paris Las Vegas, each offering a three-hour open bar and some of the best views of the Bellagio fountains and Strip fireworks.

The Palms is having a Party on the Moon for New Year’s 2020 that includes four hours of a premium open bar, three DJs, and two penthouse-style nightclubs at the top of the Palms’ Fantasy Tower—View Nightclub on the 52nd floor, and Moon Club on the 53rd floor. This will absolutely be the best panoramic view of the fireworks that you can get!

If you want to get even higher above the Strip, head to The STRAT for the “108 Party in the Sky” held on the Sky Pod level 108—yep, 108 floors off the ground. There will be a premium open bar, DJs, go-go dancers, party favors, fireworks, and a champagne toast at midnight. You can also make a night of it starting with the prix fixe menu at the Top of the World restaurant.

Where to go for a Vegas party

Get the party started early at with the endless buffet brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at LAVO inside the Palazzo (also available on New Year’s Day).

Hockey fans, head to Hyde Lounge inside T-Mobile Arena for a special New Year’s Eve brunch buffet available starting at 10:45 a.m. while you cheer on the Golden Knights during their NYE home game. In partnership with 7Five Brewing Co. and Donut Bar Las Vegas, Hyde Lounge will offer an assortment of brunch bites including Dawn Breaker beer-infused donuts, berry chocolate French toast skewers, breakfast flatbreads, candied bacon and corn bread, and more. Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas will get a jumpstart on 2020, ringing in the New Year on Munich time—3 p.m. local time! The all-ages party starts at 1 p.m. and will feature a host of local Vegas entertainers, live entertainment, German food specials and raffle prizes, a celebratory ball drop, and a complimentary beer toast.

If you’re spending NYE downtown, check out TACO TUESDAY 2020 at Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, a totally free event which will include $30 all-you-can-eat tacos, gourmet taco stations prepared by Chef Scott Commings, a headlining set from DJ FIVE, tequila tastings, pop-up performances, activations, games, give-a-ways, and a chance to win $500,000. Las Vegas Strip headliner Miss Behave will host these festivities. The party starts at 5 p.m. with live entertainment starting at 8 p.m.
